Utilizing an Extensive Network
We partner with a diverse network of contracted poultry farms throughout Lancaster County and Pennsylvania. By working closely with our contracted farmers, along with strong relationships with hatcheries and feed mills, we are able to custom-raise flocks for a variety of egg production and broiler processing needs, giving our customers the flexibility to tailor their programs to fit their specific requirements.
Commitment to Quality and Care
We believe in maintaining consistent communication with the flock owner throughout the rearing process. All flocks owned or managed by Risser’s Poultry are visited weekly by our team of trained and certified Poultry Service Technicians. Performance reports are made available on a weekly basis. We are extremely conscientious about providing proper care of each flock including rearing conditions, vaccinations, and details to ensure healthy and viable flocks.
